This privacy policy (the "Policy") outlines how Ispeed Electric Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and processes information, including personal information (information about an identifiable individual), that we receive when you access one of our websites or one of our applications (collectively the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to us collecting, using, and disclosing this information in accordance with this Policy, for the purposes mentioned below only, and for any other purpose specified or apparent at the time specific information is collected. If you disagree with anything in this Policy, you must stop using this Platform.

Information collected upon request If you purchase a product through the Platform, we need to collect the necessary information to process, bill, and ship your order, as well as to provide customer service. This information may include:

However, some third-party service providers, including payment gateways and other payment transaction service providers, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide to them for your purchase transactions. Please note that direct payment gateways adhere to the requirements set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) as established by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collective effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS standards help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our stores and their service providers. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policy to understand how they will handle your personal information. Some of our providers may be located outside of Canada. Therefore, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where this provider or its location(s) is situated. We are not responsible for the information security practices of third-party service providers.

Commercial Transactions For the purposes of this Policy, a commercial transaction includes the purchase, sale, or any other form of acquisition or disposition of all or part of an organization, or its assets; the merger or consolidation of organizations; a loan or any other form of financing; encumbering assets or securities of an organization; or the lease of assets of an organization, or granting or obtaining a license for them. In the event of a potential commercial transaction with third parties, we may transfer any information, including personal information, to these third parties only to the extent necessary: (i) to decide if the transaction will take place and (ii) to complete it, if applicable. If you delete your account, please note that we may retain your information as necessary for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, or as needed to assist us in enforcing this Policy and any other applicable terms of the Platform.

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, so please check it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform. If a significant change is made to this Policy, we will notify you by email (if you have provided us with your email address). Otherwise, all visitors will see notice of a significant change by accessing the Platform within thirty (30) days prior to the changes taking effect. If you disagree with any future changes to this Policy, you must close your account (if you have one) and stop using the Platform.
